Curveball’s Zig-Zag cards are used by organisations who wish to impart information to recipients in a handy-sized, durable format that can be easily referred to for quick reference purposes.
We provide a large variety of Z-fold Cards designed to fulfil a wide range of functions including (but not limited to): direct mailers, pop-outs, fridge magnets, plastic card carriers, vouchers and direct response. We have been printing and manufacturing Zig-Zag cards since May 2002, all are tried and tested many times over across the entire spectrum of industry sectors and campaign concepts.
The zeddie, V-CARD and concertina are manufactured using fully automated production processes. The minimum order quantity for these Zig-Zag cards is in the low hundreds. Production lead times are approximately 1 week from receipt of artwork through to and including delivery. We do not charge VAT on Z-fold Cards, they are zero rated by HMRC. For exact clarification on the Zig-Zag cards please view this PDF.
Our more complex Z-fold cards including the magnetic and pop-out variety have a significant hand-working element, these take slightly longer to produce; again, these can be ordered in relatively low volumes from around 350 upwards.
For the production of all Curveball Zig-Zag cards we provide digital design templates that we can e-mail with your quotation. These lay-out guides make the creative design of your chosen format simple, easy and straightforward. We provide detailed support on the technical Zig-Zag Card design aspects relating to your document set-up and output, these can be viewed here and final artwork can be uploaded using our complimentary web courier service.
Once we have received your Zig-Zag card design through our web portal we will provide .PDF RIP proofs for approval accompanied by a hand-cut physical mock-up of your job confirming cover positions and text imposition.
Once production in complete we offer next day delivery whether you are in the UK or USA using one of our logistics partners for all our Z-fold cards.
Curveball’s founder, Adam Hazelwood, worked for Z-CARD Europe between 1997 and 2002, latterly as country manager for the Z-CARD (UK) & Ireland division. We would like to make it clear that the Zig-Zag Cards made by Curveball are not to be confused with that of Z-CARD Ltd, Z-CARD North America, or any of Z-CARDs distributors.
